Our mission is to inspire, educate, instill discipline, build self-confidence, enhance creativity and offer tools that will assist people in maintaining healthy and positive lifestyles.

Our vision is to enhance personal etiquette, personify inner beauty, and develop social and communication skills for young ladies! We use yoga, creative movement, music, fashion, arts & crafts and modeling as the mediums to instill self awareness, creativity, charm and personal expression.

A. DESCRIPTION:

A fun, supervised and creative environment where young ladies will be introduced to the fabulous world of fitness and fashion; inducing them with poise, manners, confidence and self expression.  The House of Bastet’s goal is to assist in developing charming, confident ladies, fluent in the arts of dance, elegance and charisma.  Imbuing them with the tools they’ll need to be positive, productive, radiant and beautiful women.   

 

B. ORGANIZATION:

Monday –Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm June 20, 2016-July 1, 2016

 

C. COURSE OBJECTIVES:

Young ladies will learn the importance of self-awareness and confidence.  Through various modeling, dance, and acting exercises, ladies will be introduced to tools that will enable them to become elegant and self-assured. 

Instructional Objectives

Students will:

    -express feelings about themselves & keep a journal

    -execute the fundaments of manners, style and positive image projection

    -demonstrate proper body alignment and various dance/movement styles

    - learn importance of healthy lifestyle habits

- create projects and presentations

- research & collaborate in teams
